Semi Sun Dried Quince

The Smyrna quince orchard is stunning, with gorgeous golden yellow pome fruit and a beautiful fragrance. Singing Magpie cook their quinces until they turn a deep red colour in a light sugar syrup and then sun-dry them. The final product adds a touch of uniqueness to any cheese platter or picnic basket, matching well with a strong brie, goats cheese or a hard mature cheddar.
